Sarah and Emily with their hats decked out in Junior Ranger badges earned this summer. Here they are earning their Glacier National Park badges at the Many Glacier Ranger Station. The girls used to enjoy wearing their hats to show off their badges, but now they’ll only wear them if bribed.
Josephine Lake, Glacier National Park. We started our hike from Many Glacier Hotel and made our way around Josephine Lake. This was a great place for a break.
Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore. To actually see the “Pictured Rocks”, you can either pay for a boat tour or hike out to a place like Chapel Rock. Pictured Rocks is the first area in the US to be designated a National Lakeshore.
